What is a published version?
One preview build pushed to the hub with the Flitz CLI. It's counted once, no matter how many people open it or how often. Opening previews is always free and unlimited.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members. Designers, product owners, testers and stakeholders can all be added without changing what you pay.
What if we exceed our monthly limit?
You add a publish pack and carry on – no plan upgrade to negotiate. If you're buying packs every month, Enterprise usually works out cheaper.
How long does a preview stay available?
Two weeks on Pro, which covers the feedback round it was made for. Publishing a fresh preview takes about a minute. Enterprise allows configuring the retention period.
When should we be on Enterprise?
Three signals: more than one app, access that has to run through your identity provider, or a security review that asks where preview bundles are stored.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly with no minimum term and no cancellation fee – cancel whenever you like and you keep publishing until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing renews without you. Enterprise runs on the term in your agreement, which we set together up front.
